The Federal Government has approved the commencement of a 14-Day paternity leave for civil servants in the country. The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Dr Folasade Yemi-Esan made this known in a circular released on Monday. The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has directed commercial banks nationwide to start working on Saturdays till January 31, 2023 to enable bank customers exchange their old Naira notes for new ones. The United States District Court for the Central District of California has sentenced convicted internet fraudster, Ramon Abbas, popularly known as Hushpuppi to 11 years and three months imprisonment after he was found guilty of money laundering amounting to tens of millions of dollars and other fraudulent cyber schemes.
